Genealogy Books
Due to the unique nature and content of genealogy books, all genealogy books sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged Books
If a genealogy book arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the damaged book to initiate the replacement process.
Other Products
All other products are returnable within 10 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds.
