This is an index to the 1850 census of Kentucky, in effect an alphabetical list of the heads of households residing in Kentucky at the time of the 1850 census of the United States. All 190,000 persons enumerated are listed with their age, sex, references to their county of residence and the page number of the original schedule on which the full census enumeration appears. Also listed are individuals whose surname differed from that of the household head. Entries from households with multiple surnames are also identified. Includes 191,000 names.
